KW Commercial and Keller Williams Atlanta Perimeter are thrilled to announce Charlie Lockwood as their "Managing Director" for their Commercial Division in Dunwoody, Georgia. Lockwood joined the Atlanta Perimeter office to help develop the agent's businesses through mentoring and consulting, to benefit from the national KW Commercial network and to benefit from the extensive referral opportunities of over 74,000 residential agents.
Charlie has been in commercial brokerage and development in Atlanta since 1972. He currently provides real estate brokerage and consulting services to clients as an extension of his successful involvement in these fields as an executive with several leading firms. Combining a technical education, an advanced degree in business administration and diverse business experiences, Charlie offers a significant complement of resources to advise clients on a variety of real estate topics.
Prior to joining KW Commercial, Charlie was the Vice President and Associate Broker at The Westminster Group. He also worked with CARTER, Jaymont Properties and MARK III in locating, developing, leasing and financing their real estate needs.
Lockwood has been an Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Top 5 Producer in retail and received the Phoenix Award in 2004 for ten years in the Million Dollar Club. He received the Atlanta Commercial Board's Realtor of the Year Award in 2008. Charlie is a past Director of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and is the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Georgia Institute of Real Estate.
